We have not used the tablets or tested a batch, and do not assume every seller supplies the pictured version.
Per tablet is not the daily serving
The box-back photograph, checked October 12, 2026, has separate columns for one tablet and two tablets. It identifies two tablets as the daily serving and directs one tablet twice daily after meals, preferably after breakfast and dinner, or as suggested by a healthcare professional.

The inositol amounts are approximately 40:1, but a ratio does not establish equivalence to another brand’s daily quantity. Compare 1,100 mg and 27.6 mg with the other product’s labelled daily amounts. Do not increase the tablets simply to match another inositol dose: that would also increase all the added nutrients.
Why the retailer description needs caution
The Tata 1mg listing contains a written nutrient list that differs from the photographed panel, including biotin and vitamin D. Treat the pictured formula as the version reviewed here, and ask the seller for the actual supplied label if these amounts affect your decision.
The distinction between a compound and its elemental nutrient also matters. The photograph labels 25 mg zinc bisglycinate as providing 5 mg zinc per tablet. Do not count both as separate zinc contributions. Likewise, preserve the printed folate unit rather than silently treating it as a US DFE value.
The manufacturer’s women’s-health catalog names Ovahope, another product. That page does not establish that Ovahope and OvaSense are interchangeable. Similar names are not enough to transfer ingredients or directions.
