Evidence-based guidance for hormonal health — without the hype
Eco Hormone Balance helps women with PCOS, hormonal health, and fertility questions understand what the science actually says — in plain language, with cited sources, and without miracle claims. We cover inositol and supplements, nutrition and lifestyle, and when a question needs a clinician, we say so.
- Every claim checked against the original study.
- Reviews that say exactly what we checked — and what we didn’t.
- Commissions never decide rankings.

See research →How We Work
Every article follows a documented research process. Clinical claims are checked against the original paper on PubMed/PMC before publication — we open the study and confirm its title, population, and conclusions instead of trusting secondary summaries. When the evidence is thin or conflicting, we say so.
What we verify in every article
- Clinical claims against the original studies (PMID/DOI opened and confirmed)
- Product formulas, doses, and ratios against current labels
- Certifications and third-party testing
- Prices and availability — always with the date we checked
Our reviews are desk-research reviews
We work from official product labels, manufacturer and retailer information, certifications, and the clinical literature. We do not independently lab-test products, and we never claim to have personally used a product we haven’t. Each review states what was checked and when, and we update content as evidence, formulas, or availability change.
Who’s Behind It
Content is created and reviewed by the Eco Hormone Balance Editorial Team under a multidisciplinary review framework covering clinical, pharmacy, dietetics, evidence-appraisal, and supplement-quality criteria. The framework reflects how a team of specialists would approach a topic — it is an editorial standard, not a clinical team.
We do not use fictional personas or invented credentials, and no article is labeled “medically reviewed” unless a qualified healthcare professional has actually reviewed it.
Meet the Editorial Team →Our Editorial Standards
Three commitments behind every article.
Evidence
Clinical claims are checked against the original peer-reviewed source — we open the study, not just the abstract.
Clarity
We translate complex science into plain language — and we state what a study does not show.
Integrity
We disclose limitations, conflicts, and affiliate relationships. Rankings are never sold.
How We’re Funded
Eco Hormone Balance is funded by affiliate partnerships, including the Amazon Associates program. We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate relationships never determine rankings: a higher commission never moves a product up, products without affiliate programs can still be recommended when the evidence and formula justify it, and a product can receive a critical review even when we earn from it. Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" and disclosed next to the link. We do not publish sponsored posts or paid rankings.
What We Don’t Do
- We don’t provide medical advice, diagnoses, or prescriptions.
- We don’t make absolute health claims (“cures PCOS”, “guaranteed results”).
- We don’t present manufacturer marketing as evidence.
- We don’t recommend products we haven’t analyzed on formula, dose, and evidence.
When a topic involves medication, pregnancy, or trying to conceive, we point you to a clinician rather than guessing on your behalf.
